What is the W.A.L.K Code?

The W.A.L.K. Code is all about team performance. If you know the different characters of the team members, you will be able to respond to them better and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the others. With the newly acquired knowledge, the team works better together and as a manager, work becomes easier and more relaxed.

W.A.L.K. stands for the four animal characters wolf, ant, lion and crow. Each of the characters has individual strengths and potential, which the most successful managers recognise and use to improve teamwork.

In addition to the manager, every team member immediately benefits from the knowledge, as there is immediately more clarity and understanding of the individual characters, making collaboration more efficient.
